My mother is a member of co op. so. Since the block is transferred from my fathers name to mother's name by nomination my two married sisters also claim 25% ownership in the block. Since my mother has megre pension I am paying hefty amount Rs.4000/- per month as maintenance charges. Now the socety has raised Rs,36,000/-Development fund and given last date for the payment. My sisters are in well to do family but they are ignoring my request to participate 25% in the development. Is there legal provision that I can ask them to participate in the development charges or monthly mentaince charges.
