Under what Circumstances the suit can be instituted in Plaintiff's Place, any supporting rulings in this regard?
Any exception that the recovery suit can be institued where plaintiff resides, where neither defendant carry his business nor he stay there.

A Recovery Suit can be filed at the place of cause of action apart from defendant's residence/place of business/occupation, and place of plaintiff's residence is of no consequence as far as jurisdiction is concerned.
