Dear
In normal condition on police report City Magistrate/SDM issued Summn t accused, If accused not appear before Court than Issue B. Warrant.
Appear both parties appear in City Magistrate/SDM court and file cmprmise , Magistrate will end the matter.
OR
If only one party appear in court than file objection that all matter is false and plice implicated. If circumtances prove this.

What is the step or procedure for filing objection ? Also Can police still withdraw the 107/116 ?
