I withdrew Rs 15000 from state bank of patiala atm with a S.B.I. atm in Faridkot, Punjab. In the process the money was not dispensed and i received a transaction slip with Rs 15000 deducted.
After that i filed a complaint to the customer care of SBI. After 3 days they sent me a message that the complaint has been attended and closed.
But I have not received the amount in my account till now. I called the customer care again but they said that nothing can be done.
What should I do??

You can file a complaint with RBI along with all the documents as proof.

Dear Anshumali,
As a matter of fact every ATM has a camera please make sure by putting Bank under notice to secure the essential recording which ultimately be helpful in getting back your hard earned money back. Go to consumer forum as well stating the fact of unfair treatment meted out to you.
