I am the KARTA of HUF created by my Late Father (died in 1998) from 1998 onwards. After my father's demise, I have not included my elder sister's name (who got married in Feb 1996)while obtaining the Legal Heir Certificate. Right now, after a series of issues, though I am ready to give her share as per law, she threatens me of filing a case for that legal heir certificate. What would be the outcome, if she files a case against me for not including her in the legal heir certificate? though, I may say that I am ready to give her piece of share in the court?
