Temparory injunction against a co-owner

Hi,

Can a temparory injunction be allowed against a co-owner?

It would be great if anyone can shed some light on the details of latest ruling regarding the matter...

In general the answer is "no" but there are always exceptions and without specifics of the situation, you will only get generic answers.

It is settled principle of law that injunction against co-owner can not be granted.
