Dear experts,
We have 40*55 site(with 1500 built area) in whitefield for which we have paid betterment charges,taxes for past 9 years,paid charges to bwssb for cauvery water and sewage but we have not registeres it ...what would be the cost for regsitering this site in my name , the previous owner has given gpa to my mother..we have old sale deed,mother deed ..khata is in my mothers name,electricity bill-water bill is my mothers name. Can this sale deed be registered in my name directly?
