If a person has issued a Cheque to me in lieu of Shares wrongly/illegaly sold by him acting as Sub Broker against the value of cheque but cheque is of a bank which account he has already closed before the issue of Cheque, how I can proceed to recover the amount. Should I present the cheque before bank or any other action is suggested.
