Legal representative non inclusion

My mother,a plaintiff  has sued this year her nephews and nieces  for possession and partition of her parents home. She  has obtained a stay. She did not include her deceased sister who died some 35 years ago as she did not know the whereabouts of  the 6 children of her deceased sister. Ill informed of the law,she felt that since her sister had died 35 years ago,it was unnecessary to enjoin her LRs.

It is only recently that I have found out that the older son of her deceased sister,80 years old is most unwilling to cooperate in giving details of his other brother(now deceased) and 5 sisters of whom 2 have deceased.

My mother lives in Maharashtra and the property is in Haryana.

What should my mother do now?
