Hi - I have given a family member a Power of Attorney for property in Punjab (registered). I would now like to cancel that power of Attorney - can you please advise me of what steps I need to take?

Executor of POA has to issue Registered Notice to the Constituted Attorney stating that he has cancelled the POA and requiring the HOlder to return the original POA. Simultaneously, Public Notice to be published inthe local news paper where the Constituted Attorney is residing.
