In our complex we have 19 register bldg so we make one association for same . this is 21 year old association of all soc and registered still we can't get o.c but here my question is we have all most 6 ground in register map ( R.G 1,2,3 4,5,6) some of ground is behind our bldg . now in fedration some of member are doing there own actvity they want to destroy garden and make that space for parking .
1) we have any rights to stop them ????
2) next to our bldg have enough space then also they want to destroy garden with one bldg request association taken this type of action ???
3) as soc is are part of assocation what are the rights ? to stop them ..? they send notice previously there is no garden it is r.c.c so we want to restructure it .
still from 19 th bldg no one can get o.c so what are assocation rights to devloped any land when one member have objection
