Actually court procedure should held openly, and  in trasparent environment.

Court procedures are held openly unless and otherwise instructed to be "in-camera" Imagine your next person making loud sound and the next person talking on his moble and the next to next person playing with her infant child all in a "open Court" !

A average common man should be concerned about h/er case hearings not rest of Mumbai's suburbs cases in Family Courts.

I have seen advocates talking loudly even in a High Court and the Court had to admonish the advocates. Increasingly advocates are resorting to dharanas etc in Courts as they are not sufficiently trained in law colleges about the great legacy of the Indian judicial system. Nowadays we see every thing through caste and community goggles and this has spread to Courts also. If the litigants present in the Court do not observe the decorum, the Court has to order them out.

Under CPC and also CrPC, Courts can hold in camera proceedings.

the decorum in the courts have to be maintained otherwise it would be free for all and all would suffer
