Court fees charges for 50 lacs

Dear Sir,


Please guide me, what is court fees charges to challenge resale flat "agreement for Sale" null & void having consideration value of Rs.50 Lacs

it would be governed by court fees act of your state .

Thank you for reply Sethi Sir.

Actually I bought flat in Mumbai for consideration of 48,50,000 with proper stamp duty & registration & having possession of the same.

One of the legal heir "X"'s wife filed suit in City Civil Court to declare this "Agreement for Sale" null & void.

The flat plurchase from "X"'s mother with "X" affidavit for NOC on my name. Legal heir "X"'s wife doent have direct share on property but have share within her husbands share.

Court given permission & asked to continue with Court Fees.

If you can tell me what could be the court fees for the same & under which section it falls.
