sir i have purchsed a plot which were earlier society owned we are the 3rd buyer after society.
now we are goint to construct a house on that plot, but full society land which contain more than 100 plots still not approved for NA( non agricultural land) and also TP from NIT nagpur, but so many houses have been contrusted in that society land without any approval. Now we have to start construction , so plaese tell me the legal procedure for separate plot NATP approval. and also now what is the role of society during and after construction of house.
