Registration of training institute

Dear All,

I am planning to start a Training Institution on Human Resource Management (Certified) in Bangalore & Mumbai. Could you pls let me know  what are all the acts would be applicable and the registration procedure involved in detail? We have planned to start this with 5 employees.
