I requests to all of you to post remedies for my Questions
1. My brother in law (A) is mentally sick since more than 27 years also was unmarried and missing since feb 2011 police DDR also registered.
2.He was living with his mother who was died intestate in March 2009 and father also died instestate in 1986.
3. There are two brother(B,C) and one sister (three legal heirs)
4. my brother in law having 50% share in in 10 marla three story house where ground floor in in possesion of B1st and 2nd floor are rented ,rent receiving by B after the death of my mother in law
5. my brother in law having 25% share in in 8 marla three story house where 1st floor in in possesion of
C ground and 2nd floor are rented ,rent receiving by C after the death of my mother in law
My question is that
can my wife file suit to claim her share in income of A properties
Can my wife file suit to stay the income enjoyed by B and C alone
So please tell me What should i do
