sir, i an a final year student in nit calicut. There is a case filed in madras high court regarding campos recruitment done by public undertaking firms like ongc coal india etc that they cant recruit people through campous recruitment. court initally put an stay for the people selected. They were not given appointment letter. Latter the court told those selected before the case was filed can join under orders of maintainability of a petition.
can we also file a petition for the removal of stay order for those student who have already taken admission as psu were the major recruiter in my department we took admission depending only on psu
they had an implied contract with our college when we took admission. how can they denie at this stage
