Court fees for hma alimony in divorce

Hi,

Is it required that court fees must be paid for permanent alimony claim under HMA divorce petition?

If yes, Can we file rejection of plaint under Order VII rule 11?

Is it required that court fees must be paid for permanent alimony claim under HMA divorce petition?

If yes, Can we file rejection of plaint under Order VII rule 11?

WOMAN are Exempted from payment of Court Fees [in family related suits] in majority of States in India.

Even otherwise, if court fees are shrot paid, that irregularity is allowed to be corrected. It does not call for rejection of plaint.
