Hi All,
I m living in a gated community which has mixed type of houses. We are facing problems to fix the method of calculating maintenance fee for the monthly expenses.
I think it is good to follow per sqft method. Do we have any law to follow to calculate maintenence cheres?

Maintenance charges is to be collected equally irrespective of the area in your occupation.
