M vat for fixed asset gifte to employee

Laptop( Fixed Asset)  was purchase by Pvt. Ltd. Co. in 2009, for use of co. work given to employee A. the employee A has resinged from co. from Aug. 2012, that same asset is given to him by director of co. on his resignation. what will be account entry & is any Maharashra vat liability of co.
