A will signed by 2 witnesses but not certified by a doctor or a lawyer or a notary and not registered - Is such will valid?

Certificate by doctor is not necessary to the will.  You can prove the will thru., your wittnesses.

valid will conditions.

1. signed by two witnesses one of them could be beneficary if you are hindu.

2. The will can not be done for the ancestral/inheritied property.
