Can we treated a foreigner as an occupier of factory ?

Please confirm can we appoint a Foreigner as an OCCUPIER of the Factory under Factories Act 1948. ?

even i am finding the answer.

There is no restriction. As long as the foreigner remains in the Board of Directors of the Company, he can be appointed as an occupier. In fact as per the Factories Act, the Board of Directors are deemed to be occupiers.
