Instances of indiscipline and disobeyance of rules of court and law by the judiciary are galore. For e.g. the CPC lays down that Order should be passed within 30 days from the date of closure of final arguments. Still, however, judges do not make orders even after one or two years. It is very common that the advocates have to wait for at least 6 months for the final judgement and order.
Secondly , during the proceedings advocates are insulted by the judges and in some cases some Jr. advocates are not heard at all. All the importance goes to the Sr. Advocates at the detriment of the Jr. ones. Even if the Jr. Adv. has a valid point, application the judges hardly pay attention to them.
For all such indiscipline, what is the remedy available? Please supply info on a solid basis.
