Minimum balancecharges

Can some one please send me details of the recent Karnataka High Court Judgement, where in a PIL was decided against the bank for levying of minimum balance non maintance charges in Saving account

I am out of station,so not in touch,however i will get you the reference of Karnataka High Court judgement.However off hand I woul..d like to bring in to your kind notice a judgement by Supereme court on the subject of Service Charges and that is Archana M. Kamath verses Canara Bank, another important judgement by Chhatisgarh SCDRC is State Bank Of India verses S.K. .
