Urgent !!! - poa query

5 different people own 5 different lands in their individual name. Each of 5 people want to give their land to one 'X ltd' company on lease basis for company's use. Can these 5 different people give power of attorney (POA) to one common person by registering 'a single POA' in sub-registrar's office for executing lease deeds on their behalf.

The five persons cannot give power to a person through a single POA.

All the five persons are required to execute individual POA.

If the party was one and properties were 5, then one POA was sufficient. In this case, there are different parties for each property.

No such restriction any where but it amount to mixing five different agreements on a single paper which is not advisable.
