Can a same trade mark obtained two languages

Dear Mr.Y.Sarma Veluri - Possibility is that you need to esablish that the products are same and the owner of the business is one and the same.  But my sincere advice to you is one should not cannibalize their own trademarks or market of their products with their own one more trademark for the same product. 

When there is well established and accepted trademark is having good market potential why should there be a one more trademark for the same product.

but the trademark i was speaking about here is for a religious trust..so we wont be dealing in any products.. so do you think this would effect us in any way..
