Can an application under section 91 CRPC be moved by the complainant seeking certain documents from the Registrar of Companies, who has been made a witness by the complainant in the said case. The police is conducting investiagtion under 202 CRPC on orders of the court. Will application be required to be moved before the Police or the Court where the complaint has been filed?

If police is investigating under 202 court can't interfere now, untill police submitts it's report.
Police itself can ask/search documents from regsitrar if think necessary.
Under Sec 91 application can be moved only before court but not at this stage., when the police has started investigation.
