How to avail a permanent withdrawl in pf

Obtain PF withdrawal forms from nearest PF office. Complete these in all respects and submit ( under proper acknowledgment) to past employer(s), with a covering letter preferably followed up by email, and ask for confirmation of receipt, of forms and to supply acknowledgment issued by RPFC. Employer shall attest the forms and submit to concerned o/o PF Commissioner/RPFC.

RPFC shall provide the acknowledgment to employer which employer has to supply to you. Usually after 30 days funds are disbursed to member, if the RPFC does not seek any additional info from employer.
