Reconstitution of firm

Hi

Please note that my Firm is a Partnership Firm.

For my firm  I want to know 2 people are retiring and a new partner would be joining.

What is the procedure for it.Do I have to do Registration again.

What are the Registration Charges.

Please give me in details what is the procedure and the charges as per Indian Partneship Act.

Yes there will dissolution first in your case..

 

Better first let new partners join and letter on make an agreement for retiring partners!
