It seems your marriage is not cosummated. So you can file a petition to declare the marriage Null and void. In fact your marriage has not compleeted. So you consult a lawyer who is exper in this field and tell him that the marriage is not consumated.

if the wife agrees, annulment will be easy.
u file for annulment - she should not defend you.
annulment is advised over MCD.
