As an Indian applicant, if we are filing a basic application abroad other than India
We have to take permission from the Indian patent office for filing patent application abroad, in such a case
Do we have to deposit the microoragnism in Indian depository authority at chandigarh or can we deposit anywhere other athn Indian depository authority?

You can deposit to any depository authority any where. The depository authority is no way binding on the type of application for Patent you wish to file.
