a few Unviersitites allow such kind of migrations but at this stage I am apprehensive....look into the rule books of the concerened university.
but otherwise its advisable to finish the course from the same college, its a matter of just one year.

IT DEPENDS UPON THE UNIVERSITY BT GENRALLY IT IS POSSIBLE TO TRASFER FROM ONE UNI. IN MAHARASHTRA.......
