Can i call again witness for cross examination

witness can be recalledfor cross examination u/s 319 cr.pc. Recalling of the witness depends upon the satisfaction of the court if one is able to show to the court points on which you want to cross examine him further. If the application is rejected higher court may be approached.

319 is about allaying other accused in the case. Recall of witness needs to be done in 311.

If proper evidence was not adduced or relevant material was not brought on record the court shall be magnanimous in permitting such mistakes to be rectified. But a witness can not be recalled on mere mistakes after all to err is human. Proper Section for recalling witness is Section 311 of the CrPc. You can refer to Supreme Court Judgment as reported in ALD Cri 345 1999 CriLJ 3529.

If you want to put evidence for her working in pvt section , evidence from employer will be sufficient.

Also, if the evidence came in your possession, you can use it during your evidence.
