I am working a teacher in School Education Department J&K since May 2002. I applied fro the post of Lecturer Computer Science in School Education Department advertised by J&K Public Service Commission in 2009. At the time of filling the application form I also filled my current service particulars in the column specified for In-service candidates only along with the stamp and signature of my DDO. I got selected for the said post in Sep 2011. I had applied as In-service candidate as mentioned above. But I don't have the through proper channel forwarding letter of my current employer. So, is there any way out so that my previous 9 years service gets counted and i have not to resign from my current job ? Please help me as I have to join the new job within a few days. Thanks in advance.
