Plz help me- Provisions for Transport of Petroleum

What are the Provisions for Transport of Petroleum under the Petroleum act-1934 and petroleum rules 2002?

I want know that how to transport the petroleum or petroleum product. In details either in Land or Sea ways.

is it same provision as general products ?

As i heared about Petroleum act-1934 and petroleum rules 2002 ?
