Income tax certificate required

Sir,

Being a Junior Practicing Lawyer of the Bomaby High Court i am asking you

Hi One of my friends require an Income Tax Certificate. Are there any form to be filled or just a simple application.

What would be the fees for the same.

F16 or F16AA is format of Income Certificate. You should get From 16 in Income tax Rules Book, or well known Staionery Books, Tax Prints, renown Printer, Various tax related websites.

For what is reason income tax certificate is needed. if it is for practicing as Income Tax Practioner there is seperate form to be submitted before concerned Commissioner of Income tax (Admn).
