Is rental office is restricted open only one firm

 

I have my import export business, and i have take office for rent in vashi , the lease agreement is on personalname and owner says you are allowed to open only firm in which you are proprietor or partner , but i would like to open another firm in which i am partner, i am officially allowed to do so

Is there any restriction on rental property , to open more than one company for my import export business ?

it is based on your rent agreement because when you registered your firm then the NOC of the landlord is mandatory requirment.
