Our society in AGM approved maintenance rates per month basis based on area. Rates for shops are about 1.5 times those for flats. Is such levy legal?
Society till now has not given any break up of maintenance charges. Is it mandatory by law to give break up?
Shops do not use lifts as their entrance is separate which does not have lifts. Can society ask shop owners to pay for lift maintenance?
