Plz read the judgment proprly, here the judge said, cousen brother / sister not real brother or sister.

Even Today law is same but in every relgion there are some estopples and it is all about Spinda Ralationship, which we follow and respect each other.

Judge over here only decided that as in christian or even in Muslim law, a person can marry her cousin but not real. So it we want to take any voice then it should be

"EQUITY IN EVERY LAW IN WHOLE INDIA" Means the reform is reuqire to change and channelize all the matrimonial laws so that such people may not reach to marry thier own sister or mother.

My point is thet to became more broad minded / more progressive/ more modern /etc etc one day someone or GROUP may call for other incest marriage. That  day is very near and be ready for that. But for MODERNITY's sake dont drag HINDU word in it . it is personal choice of individual and forced upon us by nehru type of congressi. 

British founded congress for that and nehru superbly implemented british agenda on INDIANS.

Hindus are allowed sapinda relationships.  A boy can marry the daughter of his sister, daughter of maternal uncle (not maternal aunt), daughter of paternal aunt (not paternal uncle).  Seventy five percent of marriages in Andhra Pradesh happen in such a way. Now read Section 5(iv) &(v) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955:

(v) The parties are not sapindas of each other, unless the custom or usage governing each of them permits of a marriage between the two;

Most of the marriages in Hindus in Andhra Pradesh (about 75% marriages), some parts of Tamil Nadu and Karnataka are held between blood relations and are valid under these provisions.

@ DEBASHIS88 What Hema told above is absolutely correct from the point of view of our laws. There was a case in which supreme court quashed the order of parties want to marry each other by changing their religion. It's is writen in our laws that one cannot change his/her religion merely for marrying each other.
