hi payel there are such fundamental rights, which can be enjoyed ny the foreigners as they are for all persons as defined in Ar. 14, Ar. 20, Ar. 21 etc.

Yes Hina is correct any Article in Part III of Constitution that reads has "no person", "any person", "no child" as in Article 14, 20, 21, 22, 24, 25, 27, 28 applies to foreigners as well. Article 21 is the broadest of all in terms of covering various unemurated fundamental rights.

As an eg Foreigners like Kasab enjoy more than the fundametal rights anywhere in the world,Govt.,Courts,[SC especially] have given such foreigners absolute liberty to kill as many Indians as possible and enjoy Biryani.
