my father has sold the lands that was partitioned to him by my grandfather when i was minor and now im  28 years old..even some properties had been soldafter i am 18..but i haven't signed any of these documents..would i b able to claim some share of those sold ones...

Your father was enttitle to sell his share, he cannot sell entire property.  Being a co-parcener you are entittle to claim your share in the share of your father in the ancestral property.

Rajeev Ji is absolutely right. You are 100% entitled to your Grandfather's Property's Share. For that you have to see that had your grandfather partitioned the property in your father's name only or both of yours name.

If t is only in your father's name, you will not be entitled to it.
