Good day,
I am a tenant in a commercial property for last 25 years. The rent agreement was between me and the landlord.
Me and my brother did an partnership agreement 20 years back and started a business from there. In that agreement unknowingly/ in good faith I shared my tenancy rights with my brother.
My brother seperated thereafter and has been doing seperate business altogether from some other place for past 18 years.
Can my brother claim tenancy rights legally?
