MACT CLAIM

Subsequent to depositing the amount payable under the provision of no fault liability in the motor vehicle Act , Hon'ble Court comes to the final conclusion that  one of the opponant who has entirely paid part of compensation (to be paid jointly and severally) by all the opponents under the no fault liability provision , is in fact not  liable to pay since he has committed no wrong.
whether there is any citation whereby such amount paid under the provision of no fault liability can be recovered either from the the claimant(receiver of the said money) or from the person who has been held legally liable, after the judgment is passed in the matter.?
