hello friend, dont worry about the case
most of the 498a cases enda in Acquittal
as the case is already in the cross examination stage u cannot go for quash
if the statements given in the complaint (FIR) part I case diary and the cheif examination are different your advocate will confront them in the cross examination.
which is very good to your case and accordingly ur advocate will bring out the viracity of the witness to the court in giving contradictiory statements
