Dear all member here,
i had applied for tatkal passport 4-5 months ago but since upto date i haven`t received any answer to my application ie no passport received.
-status is shown same on website.
-don`t tell me anything on telephone & on counter.
i filed RTI also but no reply till now only answer came is pending.
Now i talked to advocates here they all said they will file some writ called mandamus but to whosoever i talked they all said not less that Rs.35,000 everyboady will charge
one of my friend who is social worker said that i can myself present my case in court there as my english is good.
now problem is that i don`t know what to write
so i request all advocaets here to draft me a WRIT OF MANDAMUS ie
- who all will be party to it?
- what will be prayer?
- what fees i need to pay ?
- what documenst to be enclosed ?
- what all to be written ?
i will change/insert relevant lines lateron.
kindly help me pls.
