WILL stated by Great Grandfather(Self Acquired) in 1967 mentioned that we are License but after that no body has sent any Legal notice to us till 2011
So will it be possible that now actual owner(Legal Heirs of Great Grandfather ) can today sent a notice and evict us.

you quary is not complited, who has paid land tax and EB, same time the owner knowingly some others enjoying his prperty up 30years with out interfearance, he will become owner.

Sheik Sir,
We have done mutation in 1998 in our name and from that we are paying the taxes. Before 1998 we dont have to pay tax as property cost was less
Also please note that in WILL Done by Great Grandfather it was mentioned that we are licensee.
