Firstly Thank to all those who have given there suggestion in this regard and it was quiet intersting.

But i would like to go with the full form of LL.B as written by University of Gauhati (ASSAM) on the Certificate

i.e, "LL.B = Bachelor of Law"

and would hope those who have got the certificate see it and that this is acceptable all over India.

and if there is another abbrivation  written on the certificate do let us know of which state it is or the university.

LL..B and LL.M are derived from Latin Language.
