Dear Experts ,
I have entered in to an agreement to buy a Property in Chennai where the Minor Share is Involved.
Seller applied / Filled for Permission of the court to sell the Minor Share ( Totally 5 Share incl. Minor 4 + 1 ).
Kindly advise me how long Court takes ( Time Frame MINIMUM & MAXIMUM) to give the permission. ( Already one month over First hearing failed on last week since the sub-registor / some one from the court side not present.
Seems seller submitted all the documents to court incl. Charted Engr. Valuation reports. Agreement copy and other share holders concern approval to sell the land etc.., .
