Instead ot dragging cases in the court for years and ruining life of several persons the government should allow pre-neputial agreement so all the terms and conditions are pre-decided if husband or wife wants to part ways.

BEST OPTION IS LEGALISEING THESE AGREEMENTS SO EVERYONE KNOWS BEFORE HAND ALL THE PROS AND CONS.

In IRBM only 6 motnhs waiting persiod should be ther instead of 3 years.If any relation has already been dead then ther is no point in wasting 3 years to get out of this.

When two aduslts can marry without any waiting period so must be allowed to part ways without any waiting period.

Current IRBM draft is perversely attempting to create as escape route from a fair trial, instead of addressing the weaknesses in the system which cause the protracted litigation.

If anyone wants to implement a 'new' curriculam/pattern, it is not forced on to the old candidates......Bigamy was not enforced in india as a backdated statute, it was illegal to do so!!!!!

Suggestion1: Please implement it for new aspirants and not for those already in wedlock.

Suggestion2: Common man's comprehension is far small and short to understand anything that happening around!!!

Take other political examples: A Industry/Corporate Giant infuences a ministry to twist/tweak the import duty laws in India..and ensures that vide an ordinance the amendments are made (law is not even passed or discussed in legislature).......then the same Giant provokes the 'opposition' to raise voice and stall the parliament!!!!....and then Govt reverts back the amendments made..........the 'opposition' claims victory....

But in the meantime of those few weeks...a very big import consignment of that Corporate Giant sneaks through!!!...and purpose is achieved!!!.....and ruling party, opposition party, Giant all together happily share the benefits from avoidance of customs duty!!!!!!

The IRBM is initiated purely due to the influence of some of the political leaders and they have nothing to do with indian society, otherwise there was absolutely no need to rake up this issue...and once the purpose of thse political leaders  is served, they would immediately recall IRBM!!!!!!

It's really futile even to discuss the need of IRBM!!!! at this juncture.....Needless to say... it is detrimental to society.

- YES EXTREM NECESSARY, BUT UNNECESSARY TO THOSE WHO EXPLOTING MARRIAGE IN TERMS OF MONEY - WITHOUT WORK ( DOWRY & MAINTENANCE BOTH)

Bhartiya No. 1 (Nationalist)     14 December 2010

Those who seeks relief from so called excesses of the wives,freedom from domestic violence act and wish to enjoy easy divorce may seek or apply for the citizenship of Pakistan.

WHO ARE HINDU FUNDAMENTALIST, WILL TAKE CITIZENSHIP OF NEPAL;

WHO ARE MUSLIM FUNDAMENTALIST, WILL TAKE CITIZENSHIP OF PAKISTAN;

BUT INDIA WILL STILL REMAIN SECULAR.

 Who is commenting about the secularity of India?

Good people from Pakistan should come to India, they are most welcome.

What I mean to say is that should we support making marriage a fun and enslavement of women?

Those who keep humble and humanistic approach and treat women as Independent respected citizen/entity of this country , will always remain happy.

 Ber happy and make other's happy.

I go with Mr. Vyas.

Mr.Ashutosh,

I think you have not read all these women favouring laws of India.No one wants divorce at all but these laws which are infavour of women are making these womens adamant so they do not try to even adjust and just exloit the situation in their favour and force the husband to meet undue demands or take divocre.

No one is interested in divorce but is interested in just a equal treatment in law and justice.

Thanks

One always makes the assumption atleast from what Bhartiya is writing that all women are innocent.

If that is the case, lets just make that the law. Why keep up with the FARCE of a Judicial system. Let us adopt a common SOP - standard operating procedure.

Man applies for divorce - put him, his parents and siblings in jail for 3 years (max under 498a)

Give maintenance to woman and child or better yet property.

Let there be no waoman convicted in Indian judical system even for crimminal casese and non family matters.

While there is a madam for every brothel house just like a dalal just punish the dalal.

What you are saying is correct Bhartiya, Roshni or what not. So why even bother and put laws, put the figure of a woman in justice garb blinded as if law is equal for all.

Better yet imprison all men and kill them.
