Yes, THE SOCIETY IS CORRUPT. It is so called educated society.

Does we follow our indian constitution?Does our indian politicians follow the articles of our indian constitution?

Who is duty bound ,Law enforcing and Administrator , or a simple citizen.Failure to it ,who is guilty ,ruler or a citizen. It is Govt's job to stop corruption, a citizen can be forced not to be corrupt by Law.Failure to this who is corrupt it is only the Ruler Politicians and Administrators. It is ,only they failed in their duties.

The most corrupt amongst us is our representatives. One who knows maximum ways of corruption and keep on innovating newer ideas of obtaining money from other sources is our politician.

But, this does not mean that if father smokes, he should let his son smoke or if mother was bad character, she has no right to correct and care for her child and make him a good character. This fight between good and bad is continous from the time immorial and will continue till Earth blasts.

India is in our hands and not in the hands of politicians. The way we want, we can make it.For that we have to unity . we should stand up for the righ cause and do something for the nation for which our next generation would be proud of us.

Yes, THE SOCIETY IS CORRUPT. It is so called educated society. But not all.

There are Doctors who misuse their education in Kidney business, there are engineers who passes low quality projects, there are Laywers too who misuse their education in misguiding and exploiting the people.

4FBI*(Friendship Forum For Free &Better India): "...We are lucky to have (Indian) Prime Minister (Manmohan) Singh who has taken personal risk along the Pakistani-Indian border to make sure that there's no provocation...But it's a sensitive time because another attack from Pakistan on India then it will be hard-pressed to contain a reaction that would greatly destabilise the region,..." former US National Security Advisor, Gen (retd) James Jones, said. One shall be proud of the PM actions on international level. But the same trend should be continued in the States where the SCAMS,white collar crimes, corruption, and the like are going on; this can not be with out the active and covert permission and participation of the Bureaucratic heads from within in the department; take the case of the Home Guards Scam in the Andhra Pradesh Police System; What is the use by taking action on some scape goats-like subordinate staff, leaving the in charges;it is just like eating the flesh of others and leaving the bones;  When we are not in a position to control and command on the working of our 'HOME'-'GUARDS'-working under the NOSE of the POLICE SYSTEM ITSELF,wherein the ACB, and the Intelligence System also works, then where shall we stand for the Private Security Guards sent to work by the Contractors and the Out Agency Services? IN AP. the PRIVATE Industrial Security System And Services(Even the Railways, is found to be engaging such Agencies for security purposes and deploying in Railway’s Establishments, Administrative buildings, etc..);--“The Private Security is ‘Five times the police force’ strength in the State of Andhra Pradesh alone…Is there any State who are following the provisions laid down in --“The Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act, 2005”?. Now, the CPMFs found to be HIRING(services of) 20,000 women in various departments. In this Act, there are several laid down Rules and regulations about the recruitment, training, registration of the Firms/Companies dealing with the Private Security Systems. In the present context of safety and security and keeping in view of infiltrations and the sort, Naxalite, or other types of Terrorism acts, HIRING AND NOT RECRUITMENT OR APPOINTMENT, is found to be like adding fuel to the fire, which is by encouraging the Private Security Agencies to infiltrate into the Governmental Bodies like the Para Military Forces, other Police System, the Home Guards. It is very much essential to have a proper and strict Regulatory Body to control and have command on the ‘five times the police force’ strength in the State of Andhra Pradesh alone... (The Hindu dated 13th Jan, 2011, Hyderabad edition). Hiring is some thing else to recruitment; does the word Para Military Forces also include Railway Protection Force also? Hiring (the services of) 20,000 women through Contract/Out sourcing is nothing but encouraging all types of corrupt practices; to be specific even for MEN, as of now, is there any Private Security Services Agency which is wholly and in all respects following the norms and provisions contained in the --“The Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act, 2005”, on the matter and that the State Governments has to take appropriate action to implement the same in stricto sense. Who is the Head in the State to Supervise and control there acts/activities.In this Act, there are several laid down Rules and regulations about the recruitment, training, registration of the Firms/Companies dealing with the Private Security Systems. Is there any Regulatory Authority to look into this aspect in any State; Just passing the Law does not itself bypass the Center's expressly bounded liability with some responsibility; it shall endure to see that it is implemented in Toto; like "Justice delayed is Justice denied; What is that if Judgment is pronounced after 20 Years of sufferings, is an example; as it is now, the vision of former President of India's expectations on RPF and GRP in the Indian Railways for forming One and single Force (in May,2006 while presenting Colours to the RPF) is as is where is position; We may be going to add the bad to the worst if its thinking is for Hiring only and leaning toward Contract/Out sourcing System of engaging the security personnel, may be a constable or up to the rank of Inspector; I would like to mention as to how the GRP and RPF are working on the Railway System by quoting a sentence, “Nothing can be farther from the truth. In essence while the soil is ruined on the one hand by excessive chemicals the input ratio on the farm increases every season. The farmer is caught in a vicious cycle”—‘Slow Death: SURYA, March, 1989’. Here, I equate soil as the RPF, excessive chemicals as the amendments to the Acts without Police powers to RPF and retaining the GRP as it was, the farm is the Railways, and farmer is the passenger.Where is safety and security for him or for his belongings on platforms or in trains over indian railways.. Only some Miracle shall save the Country from the on going corrupt practices, white collar crimes,Black money, Hawala money transfers one country to the other, and the like.. Pray the GOD..to help India to become the NUMBER ONE IN THE WORLD WITH ITS PRESENT SOURCES,BUT WITH HONESTY AND SINCERITY IN THE WORKING FIELD WHAT SO EVER, YOU MAY WORKING FOR..4FBI*(Friendship Forum For Free &Better India)

Democratic Indian (n/a)     17 May 2011

Vikrala ji if foundations of building is weak that building is bound to develop cracks. Same is happening with India. Monarchy, dictatorship, clonialism, imperialism etc. survive because power is concentrated in hands of few elite. Democracy survives because power is in hands of all the people. If power is in hands of all people then why disarm the people in a democracy? Use your mind and think.

One of the major reasons for citizen's right to keep and bear arms is to fight against undemocratic goverment or rather undemocratic government hiding behind the mask of democracy. This is the reason why 2nd Amendment was done in US Constitution. Indian Constitution also guarantees the same right to its citizens but this has been cleverly kept hidden from people by undemocratic and corrupt people in government. We need to fight for this right first to save our democracy. This is the right that allows all other rights to exist at all. Without this right other rights of people simply looose force. The Right to Keep and Bear Arms is our Fundamental Right under Articles 19 and 21 of our Constitution, read this to understand https://www.lawyersclubindia.com/forum/RKBA-guaranteed-under-Articles-19-and-21-of-Constitution-36011.asp

Criminals want their victims unarmed, dictators want their subjects disarmed. What does our government want?

When honesty, sincereity, integrity, are not recognised and washed out of  any adminsitration, establishemnt, areena, all sortsof things comes up, by side lining the aobve attitude people.White collar crimes coming up and prospering with th epower and authority status, influence and the lot lead to all types of thisngs as above,Sri. S.K. Ghosh, IPS, in his book’ The Light of Other Days’, said   ”... I can say quite candidly, while majority of police officers want to be efficient and honest, and if there is an honest politician in charge, there will be an honest Police Force. It is just that simple...”

Sri. D. N. Gautam, IPS, in his book ‘What is wrong with Indian Police’, expressed the gospel truth in other words,”…The Indian Police have a typical characteristic of being strong towards the weak and weak towards the strong…’. Within the Police,CPOs,CPMFs,and the like the dishonest always try an dwin over the weak minded superiors by their withs and fancies and get their work done,which include all types of favourtism, medals,awards, and the like. They to the extent of changing therir service roll entries,CBI/vigilance/major/minor penalty punishments wiped out from the records and in the Citations against all these Columns- it shall be shown as NIL and integrity certifiacts shall be issued and officer recommends and they get the same;

The observations made by Mr. P. Chidambaram, Union Minster while inaugurating the second annual vigilance conference, at Chennai are worth found to be quoted, which are and have a bearing strength even on date, no change in the tendencies:’ the virus of corruption appeared to envelop the whole fabric of society and when some people tended to be corrupt, even the honest people became suspect…”   (Indian Express- Daily News Paper- Hyderabad Edition, dated 22-3-1988).

Most of the communities in India (such as Bengali), are succumbed in 'Culture of Poverty'(a theory introduced by an American anthropologist Oscar Lewis), irrespective of class or economic strata, lives in pavement or apartment. Nobody is at all ashamed of the deep-rooted corruption, decaying general quality of life, worst Politico-administrative system, weak mother language, continuous absorption of common space (mental as well as physical, both). We are becoming fathers & mothers only by self-procreation, mindlessly & blindfold. Simply depriving their(the children) fundamental rights of a decent, caring society, fearless & dignified living. Do not ever look for any other positive alternative behaviour (values) to perform human way of parenthood, i.e. deliberately co-parenting of those children those are born out of ignorance, real poverty. All of us are being driven only by the very animal instinct. If the Bengali people ever be able to bring that genuine freedom (from vicious cycle of 'poverty') in their own life/attitude, involve themselves in 'Production of Space'(Henri Lefebvre), at least initiate a movement by heart, decent & dedicated Politics will definitely come up. - Siddhartha Bandyopadhyay, 16/4, Girish Banerjee Lane, Howrah-711101, India.

As you know most of the communities (such as Bengali) in the entire Indian sub-continent are covered by ‘Culture of Poverty’ (Oscar Lewis), irrespective of class or economic strata, lives in pavement or apartment. Nobody genuinely condemn or ashamed of the deep-rooted corruption, decaying general quality of life, worst Politico-governance, bad work place, weak mother language, continuous consumption of common social space (mental as well as physical, both). We are becoming fathers & mothers only by self-procreation, mindlessly & blindfold(supported by some lame excuses). Simply depriving their(the children) fundamental rights of a decent, caring society, fearless & dignified living. Do not ever look for any other positive alternative values to perform human way of parenthood, i.e. deliberately stop giving birth to any child him/herself till the society improves up the mark, co-parenting children those are born out of extreme poverty, instead. All of us are driven only by the very animal instinct. If the Bengali people ever desires genuine freedom from vicious cycle of poverty, need to involve themselves in ‘Production of Space’ (Henri Lefebvre), an intense attachment with the society at large – creating one different pathway to overcome inherent ‘hopeless’ mindset, decent Politics would certainly come up. – Siddhartha Bandyopadhyay, 16/4, Girish Banerjee Lane, Howrah -711101.

I was told that one is not corrupt because he did not get the opportunity to be corrupt.

Yes, roots of corruption are in the society due to selfishness and short sighted sections on unjustified basis viz. religion, caste, zender, language, region etc. and till when society will not come out of this mentality till than there could be no way out to eridicate corruption.

Does it require extraordinary intelligence to answer it?

The one who does not get opportunity to make money is not corrupt. I read a very catchy anecdot.

An honest officer was transferred to a corrupt post. No body would allow him to work honestly. So he decided to join them and become corrupt.

JAY HO.
